Glasgow House of Prayer - The Prayer Room

The "Prayer Room" is open! Each meeting is led by a team of musicians, singers and prayer leaders from various churches, and is an opportunity to join in worship and intercession with people from across the city and nation.

Here is the weekly schedule:

Mondays, 8pm to 10pm - Intercession

Worship and intercession flow together as we exalt Jesus and pray the scriptures, especially the prayers of the apostles in the New Testament. Come and worship God with believers from around the city and contend for transformation, knowing your voice is heard in heaven! As the worship flows, corporate intercession can be sustained and enjoyed for longer periods.

Wednesdays, 8pm to 10pm - Worship with the Word

Led by a full worship team of prophetic musicians and singers, the focus of "Worship with the Word" is adoring and exalting Jesus through corporate worship songs, and spontaneous worship songs from the scriptures. We meditate on passages from the Psalms, Song of Solomon and Revelation, creating spontaneous songs and choruses that declare the name, nature and beauty of Jesus.

We are currently forming teams to facilitate three new intercessory worship meetings:

Tuesday early morning Intercession, focussed on praying for the city and for Christians in the workplace (business, education etc)

Thursday morning Devotional, pursuing intimacy with God and exalting Jesus through prophetic worship and spontaneous singing of the scriptures

Friday night Intercession, the beginnings of a 'nightwatch' that will keep the fires of worship and intercession burning through the night
